Franklin's Corner Community Garden

Franklin's Corner is our flagship garden, maintained in partnership with the City of Bend and Worthy Environmental. It was constructed as a solution to stormwater management and provides organic gardening plots and a "food forest" for surrounding community members. Find our native pollinator habitat outside the garden fence.

Laurel Pocket Park

Laurel Pocket Park is a model for sustainable landscape and design. The entire park is dedicated to wildlife and pollinator habitat, and hosts many waterwise features like a "smart" weather station, permeable pavers and stormwater-catching bioswales. Photo courtesy of the City of Bend.

Nestled along the northeast edge of Al Moody park, this pollinator habitat is located near the picnic shelter in a triangle "island" marked with a large boulder. Look for the mass of yarrow!

This riverfront park is the gateway to one of Bend’s historic neighborhoods. Find native pollinator habitat alongside the sidewalk on Newport Avenue, across the street from Mirror Pond. Sponsored by Oregrown.

Our habitat at Orchard park features narrow leaf milkweed and other favorite Central Oregon natives alongside the south and east borders of the children's play area.
